Met Police - Candidate Assessment

Innovation from day one

In 2016, a College of Policing review highlighted concerns over police assessment. Primarily that it no longer reflected modern policing. With our brief to focus on Met Police (to begin with), we designed an innovative, state-of-the-art assessment centre which redefined the meaning of ‘an immersive candidate and assessor experience’. We called it Day One and it placed candidates in the shoes of a police officer experiencing their first day on the job.
