Met Police - Employee Engagement

A mobile solution in every sense

The Met wanted us to build a world-class personal development tool – known as the Career Development Service (CDS). It would give them the chance to remove barriers,and encourage female and Black, Asian and Multiple Ethnic Heritage officers to become more actively engaged in their career progression.

The development tool had to provide these officers with access to useful, inspiring information that opened doors to all the different Met specialisms. This would pave the way to a successful, long-lasting career.
